Paul and Matt laid a new porcelain patio for us in July. I had a number of quotes but Paul's was the most thorough and his response over email was really quick, so it felt like he was engaged with the project from the beginning. The quote was detailed and we probably amended it 7 or 8 times because I wanted to get all the details in from the beginning. Even so, we made some additions near the end that Paul was happy to quote for and carry out.

The guys were at our house for about 3 weeks and did a very thorough job from start to finish. They kept mess to a minimum, didn't make that much noise(compared to a project over the road)and tidied up every night.

The end result is really impressive - straight lines are straight, gaps consistent, curves measured our precisely, everything rock solid, level and how it should be. The patio is exactly what we wanted and visitors are always impressed by how it looks and the attention to small details.

We were so impressed with Palmscapes from start to finish and would highly recommend them for any garden project. From their detailed quote, through to completing the project they were both friendly, professional and the attention to detail on our porcelain patio is fantastic! They work to the highest standard and take great pride in their work.
